Facilities Millwright

BigFoot Staffing is on the hunt for a Maintenance Technician to join a long-standing local manufacturer that's been crafting high-quality, custom packaging products. This is a hands-on role where you'll keep production equipment and facility systems running strong in a collaborative, safety-first environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facility components
• Weld, fabricate, and make process improvements as needed
• Support installation and startup of new equipment
• Operate forklifts safely and assist with operator training
• Promote safety by identifying issues, retraining staff, and adjusting equipment as needed

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical basics
• MIG/TIG welding and light fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize PM schedules
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
