BigFoot Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a long-standing local manufacturer known for its high-quality, custom packaging products. This is a hands-on role maintaining production equipment and facility systems in a collaborative, safety-first environment. Ideal for someone self-motivated, mechanically skilled, and ready to take ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facility components.
• Weld, fabricate, and make process improvements as needed.
• Support installation and startup of new equipment.
• Operate forklifts safely and assist with operator training.
• Promote safety by identifying issues, retraining staff, and adjusting equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical basics.
• MIG/TIG welding and light fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize PM schedules.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
