Right now, they’re looking for a natural leader, someone who loves solving problems, mentoring others, and taking ownership of their work.

The Technical Side (We Keep It Simple):

You should have a solid machining background and feel confident programming and running CNC mills and lathes (not a basic machine operator role). If you've led teams, quoted jobs, and worked with exotic materials, that’s even better. Most importantly, you bring calm confidence and a passion for doing things right the first time.

Compensation & Culture:

• $50–$60/hr based on what you bring to the table
