- 8+ years in industrial automation/controls, with at least 2 years in leadership.
- Strong background with PLCs (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley preferred), HMIs, and control systems integration.
- Experience with industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, and communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, Ethernet/IP).
- Proven ability to manage projects, mentor others, and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both office and field environments.
- Familiarity with simulation and testing best practices.
- Ability to balance big-picture planning with tactical execution.
