What we collect.
Why we collect it.
This notice describes how BigFoot Staffing handles information collected through this public website. It does not replace separate notices or agreements that may apply to applicants, employees, temporary workers or clients.
Effective September 29, 2026Information you choose to send us
If you submit an employer inquiry, we may receive your name, company, work email, phone number, work location, role details, timing, hiring-model preference, additional notes and any job description you choose to upload.
Please avoid including Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical information or other sensitive personal information in a website inquiry or uploaded job description unless BigFoot specifically asks for it through an appropriate process.
Website and campaign information
The site can capture basic first-touch attribution information such as the page you landed on, referring page and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content. This helps us understand which marketing efforts lead to employer inquiries.
If Google Tag Manager or analytics tools are enabled, those services may also collect device, browser and usage information according to their own configurations and policies. We use that information to understand site performance and improve marketing and conversion paths.
How we use employer inquiry information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand the role or hiring need, recommend an appropriate recruiting approach, prepare for follow-up conversations and improve our sales and recruiting process.
How website inquiries are handled
The current website sends employer inquiry submissions to BigFoot by email. The website code is not designed to maintain a separate public-site database of submitted employer inquiry forms. Email systems and other business systems used after submission may retain the information as part of normal business records.
Job seekers and third-party services
Current job openings are provided through BigFoot's Loxo job board. When you leave this site for a third-party service, that provider may collect and process information under its own privacy practices. Applicant, candidate, employee and payroll information may also be handled through separate recruiting, employment or payroll systems and is outside the narrow scope of this website notice.
Sharing and service providers
We may use service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, analytics, recruiting systems and related business operations. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect our systems or respond to a valid legal process.
BigFoot does not use employer inquiry information submitted through this website as a product to sell to advertisers.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably useful for the business purpose for which it was collected, to maintain business records, or as otherwise required. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we use reasonable technical and operational safeguards.
Your choices
You may contact us if you want to ask about information you submitted through the website or request that we update or delete it where appropriate. Because some information may be part of required business, employment, accounting or legal records, we may not be able to delete every record on request.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the website, analytics setup or business systems change. The effective date above will be updated when we make a material revision.
